Colorado Springs Fire Department responds to traffic accident at corner of Uintah and 20th St.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) — The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) is responding to a traffic accident at the corner of Uintah and 20th St.

According to CSFD, a truck and a motorcycle were involved.

One person is trapped. The teams are working to free him.

CSFD is asking people to avoid the area.

According to the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), there were two people on the motorcycle who were transported due to serious injuries.

According to CSPD, both motorcyclists were wearing helmets. The driver of the truck was the only occupant and remained at the scene.
