Four people arrested on various charges in northwest Arkansas

Benton County

Jacob Swartz, 24, of 11412 Sallie Drive in Rogers, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of sexual assault. Swartz was being held in the Benton County Jail on Wednesday and no bail was set.

Centerton

Demain Martinez, 51, of 1947 Dogwood Place in Springdale, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of stalking. Martinez was being held in the Benton County Jail on Wednesday; bail has not been set.

Springdale

Lucky Bannavong, 25, of 1298 Electric Ave. in Springdale, was arrested Tuesday on charges of possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with intent to resell, simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm and possession of a firearm as a felon. Bannavong was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bail.

Ricky Ueno, 36, a homeless man from Springdale, was arrested Tuesday on charges of first-degree assault and second-degree assault. Ueno was being held Wednesday at the Washington County Detention Center, where he was held on $50,000 bail.
