Cleveland man “Beasly” arrested in local drug raid

BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio – A Cleveland man is behind bars after being arrested in Belmont County on drug trafficking charges.

According to the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office, detectives from the sheriff’s Criminal Interdiction Unit, with assistance from Bellaire and Bridgeport police, executed a search warrant on June 21 at an address on Jefferson Street in Bellaire.


According to authorities, Brandon Gaffney, 41, also known as “Beasly” and/or “Dinero,” was arrested and charged with trafficking methamphetamine (felony 1), possession of methamphetamine (felony 1), trafficking fentanyl (felony 3), possession of fentanyl (felony 3), and possession of crime instruments (felony 5).

Gaffney is currently being held in the Belmont County Jail on $85,000 bail.
