Reward offered for identity of man accused of sexually abusing a child in New Castle

New Castle County Police are asking the public for help in identifying a man suspected of sexually abusing a child under the age of 12.

Police say the unidentified man was caught on surveillance camera footage entering a building in the first block of Chestnut Street in New Castle. Delaware Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for identification of the man or information leading to his arrest.

Anyone with information is asked to email [email protected] or [email protected] or call 302-395-8110. Tips can also be sent to Delaware Crime Stoppers at 800-TIP-3333.
