Woman killed in hit-and-run in Detroit

(CBS) – According to police, a woman in her 60s was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Detroit on Thursday.

A Detroit police spokesman said the incident occurred at Gratiot Avenue and Park Grove Street.

The police reported that the emergency team had arrived at the scene of the accident.

A description of the suspect vehicle is not currently available. The investigation is ongoing.
