Pictures and videos show incident involving Horry County police vehicle and woman on the beach

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – An incident involving a Horry County Police beach vehicle and a woman on the beach occurred Thursday afternoon, according to several witnesses.

WMBF News received several videos and images from people showing a Horry County Police vehicle and several beachgoers near Springmaid Pier surrounding the front of the truck.

We contacted the Horry County Sheriff’s Department and a spokesperson referred us to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

The Highway Patrol told WMBF News they would release information regarding the incident.
