Kangana’s alleged ex, actor Hrithik Roshan, was one of the many celebs who reacted to a post that slammed the slapping incident, including Alia Bhatt, Zoya Akhtar, Sonakshi Sinha and Arjun Kapoor. According to a Reddit post, the Bollywood celebs liked the Instagram post to show their support for the actor.

On Sunday, journalist Faye D’Souza posted on Instagram condemning the slapping incident, saying, “Regarding the incident where MP Kangana Ranaut was slapped at an airport, violence can never be the answer. Especially not in our country, which was born out of Gandhi’s ideals of non-violence. No matter how much we disagree with someone’s views and statements, we cannot and should not tolerate violence. It is especially dangerous when security personnel in uniform respond violently. Imagine if, over the last decade, those of us who have challenged power had been attacked at airports by police officers who agreed with that power.”

Kangana Ranaut attacks Bollywood

Earlier, in a now-deleted post, Kangana Ranaut had criticised Bollywood for not supporting her in the alleged slapping incident. On Saturday, the actress and politician said that people who have no problem penetrating another person’s private parts would also be OK with serious crimes like rape and murder.

In an X-post, Kangana wrote, “Every rapist, murderer or thief always has a strong emotional, physical, psychological or financial reason to commit a crime. No crime ever happens without a reason and yet they are convicted and sentenced to jail.”

“Remember, if you have no problem penetrating a person’s private parts, touching their body without their permission and assaulting them, then you basically have no problem with rape or murder because that is just penetration or stabbing, no big deal. You need to examine your psychological criminal tendencies. I suggest you please start yoga and meditation otherwise life will become a bitter and stressful experience. Please do not harbor so much resentment, hatred and jealousy, free yourself,” she added.

On June 6, Kangana alleged that she was slapped by a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) policeman at the Chandigarh airport. The policeman, identified as Constable Kulwinder Kaur, was later suspended and a case was registered against her.
