Bryan Cristante avoids suspension for blasphemy

Roma midfielder Bryan Cristante will not be punished for allegedly uttering a blasphemous sentence during the Roma-Juventus game.

Despite being caught on camera, Cristante was not suspended by Serie A referees for the upcoming game against Atalanta.

Initially there were fears that the sports judge could decide to ban the Giallorossi vice-captain for one game.

However, the latest round of suspensions does not include Cristante because there was no audio evidence confirming the blasphemy.
