According to police, 42-year-old Nemesio Guzman picked up two girls, ages 14 and 15, from Kingswood High School in Wolfeboro in March, drove them to Dunkin’ Donuts and then to a nearby parking lot.

Investigators said Guzman began inappropriately touching the 15-year-old in the parking lot.

Guzman drove the 14-year-old back to school when she threatened to call police, investigators said. But the 15-year-old stayed in the car, and police said Guzman allegedly sexually assaulted her before driving her back to school.

Guzman faces several charges, including kidnapping, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual assault.

Prosecutors said Guzman and the 15-year-old girl had met before.

He is currently being held and arraignment is scheduled for next month.
