A baby no longer breathes, a man is arrested | News from Houston, Texas

HOUSTON — A baby was found Thursday not breathing in northern Harris County. Investigators said no foul play was suspected and one man arrested had been released.

It happened at an apartment complex to the north along Ella Boulevard near Kuykendahl. According to Precinct 4, the baby was transported to the hospital in critical condition by EMS crews.

At this point, we do not know the circumstances that led to the baby’s condition.

An investigation is underway.
