Accident with injuries reported on North Fulton in Evansville

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – Evansville Police officials say two people are dead after a crash was reported on North Fulton in Evansville.

Officials say a vehicle was traveling north on Fulton when two pedestrians attempted to cross the street. Police say the driver struck the pedestrians, killing both of them. Officials say the driver was uninjured in the crash.

North Fulton is closed while authorities investigate. The Vanderburgh County Coroner is on site.

At around 8:30 p.m., police received several calls about an accident with injuries. Officials say there is no evidence that drugs or alcohol were involved.
