Man charged with ethnic intimidation after driving aggression incident in Westmoreland County

GREENSBURG (KDKA) – A man is now facing multiple charges following an incident of driving aggression in Westmoreland County last month.

According to the Westmoreland County District Attorney’s Office, 36-year-old Michael Gravely was wanted for an alleged road rage incident that occurred on June 20 on Route 119 near Huff Avenue.

The victim told police that Gravely shouted racist epithets at him shortly after he drove past Gravely’s vehicle. Gravely then got out of his vehicle and smashed the victim’s driver’s window.

Gravely then drove away, but was later identified by South Greensburg police, who shared photos of the incident.

According to police, the victim’s truck suffered approximately $2,600 in damage.

He is now accused of ethnic intimidation, terrorist threats, property damage and endangering the welfare of children.
