Monday

Alvaro Pucheta, 30, of 3860 Candlelight Drive, Columbus, left the scene of an accident with personal injury at 11:28 p.m. He was released on $2,500 bail at the request of the Columbus Police Department.

Tuesday

Warrant issued for Jamie A. Stephens, 49, 1512 Grand Ave., Columbus, Bartholomew County, 1:49 a.m., by Columbus Police Department, held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Bradley E. Ward, 34, of 9015 Wexford Court, Columbus, driving under the influence, 2:29 a.m., arrested by Columbus police, released on $2,500 bail.

Keith R. Craig, 55, 1621 W. County Road 700S, Columbus, driving under the influence, 3:53 a.m., arrested by Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department, released on $2,500 bail.

Winston J. Cherry, 25, 167 Hitchcock Court South, Hope, driving while license suspended and prior conviction, 7:37 a.m., by Columbus police, released on $5,000 bail.

Warrant issued for Samuel C. Robinson, 24, Clifford, Bartholomew County, 8:23 a.m., by Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department, held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Matthew B. McKay, 46, Indianapolis, two Bartholomew County warrants, 10:21 a.m., by Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department, held in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Perry K. Davis, 28, 1452 Chestnut St., Columbus, warrant from another county, 11:54 a.m., by Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department, held without bail.

Warrant for arrest of Casey J. Mathews, 52, Bedford, Bartholomew County, 1:57 p.m., by Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department, held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
