Sick sexual abuse near the Staten Island Ferry Terminal

Staten Island police are currently searching for a madman who molested a woman in her sleep on Wednesday, authorities said.

According to police sources, at around 4:20 a.m. on June 19, a 35-year-old woman was sleeping outside the Staten Island Ferry Terminal near a restaurant at 1 Richmond Terrace.

The victim told police that she woke up to find the attacker’s hands in her pants and groping her, authorities said. After the assault, the perpetrator fled on foot, police said.

The incident was reported to the 120th DistrictAlthough the victim was distressed, he suffered no physical injuries as a result of the attack.

The perpetrator is described as being about 1.70 m tall and of medium build. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt with white writing, blue jeans and red/black sneakers.
