Two arrested for alleged marijuana cultivation operation

SUGARLOAF TWP., COLUMBIA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — State police said they arrested two people for alleged marijuana cultivation activities.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, at approximately 7:00 a.m. on May 1, troopers received a tip from the U.S. Marshalls about a marijuana grow operation in Sugarloaf Township, Columbia County.


Officers said they responded to Kingsbury Drive to investigate and discovered a marijuana grow with suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Two people, Tammy Kuhn, 53, and David Kuhn, 49, both of Benton, were arrested as a result of the investigation.

Both suspects face various drug manufacturing charges.
