Girl dies of fentanyl and cocaine poisoning, Delaware man charged – NBC10 Philadelphia

Nearly a year after a five-year-old girl died from exposure to fentanyl and cocaine, a Delaware man is facing charges.

On July 11, 2023, shortly before 6 a.m., a 911 call came in from a home on Palace Avenue in Claymont, Delaware, reporting an unconscious 5-year-old girl.

New Castle County police and paramedics arrived at the home to assist the girl, who was later pronounced dead.

An autopsy revealed that the girl had died from fentanyl and cocaine poisoning.

Investigators later determined that 28-year-old Keith Bulloch of Claymont, Delaware, was responsible for the girl’s death. On June 11, 2024, the Delaware Attorney General’s Office and detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Bulloch. Investigators found and arrested him after pursuing him on foot, investigators said.

Bulloch was taken to the New Castle County Sheriff’s Office and charged with murder by abuse or neglect and resisting arrest.

Bulloch was arraigned and remanded to Howard Young Correctional Institution after failing to pay $1 million bail. Investigators have not disclosed Bulloch’s relationship to the child.
