Dead and Company expand Sphere Residency with six more shows

Dead & Company have added six more shows to their 2024 residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas.

They will now perform on August 1, 2, 3, 8, 9 and 10. A full list of performance dates (newly added dates are in bold) can be found below.

According to a press release, tickets start at $145 and are all-in pricing, meaning all taxes and other fees are included. Presale registration is open now, with tickets on sale starting May 30. (Registration does not guarantee tickets, however.) Regular ticket sales begin May 31.

Dead & Co. are the third rock band after Phish and U2 to perform at this state-of-the-art venue.

Will Dead and Company continue to perform live?

Dead & Company have completed their final tour in 2023, and no concerts are planned beyond this year’s Sphere shows. “Touring is physically demanding and nobody wants anyone out there to get really sick,” said their manager Irving Azoff Pollstar last year.

However, the band members stressed that this does not mean that they are finished with their performances forever.

“We never said we would never play again, but we will never trip again,” Mickey Hart told ABC Audio. Guitarist John Mayer expressed a similar sentiment on social media: “Dead & Company is still a band – we just don’t know what the next show is going to be.”
