Police – NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth

Police are actively searching for a North Texas man accused of breaking his bond after being arrested on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Rhome Police issued an arrest warrant for Robert Hayden Bennett Winters on Thursday, May 9th. A Wise County district judge has already set bail at $150,000.

The court order did not specify which bail condition Winters had violated or details about the case in which he was arrested.
