15 questions Biden needs to answer about his exit from the race

Where is Joe Biden?

That is the question Americans are asking themselves after a letter published on Biden’s account X on Sunday announced that the president will not run for re-election in the fall.

While the statement noted that Biden would “speak to the nation in more detail about the decision later this week,” Americans have not heard personally from their president about his abrupt exit from the 2024 presidential race. A “roadmap for the coming week” released by the White House on Monday showed that Biden had no public events planned for that day, noting that “further details” about his schedule for the rest of the week will follow “shortly.”

The whole situation has essentially forced Americans to play a risky version of “Where’s Waldo?”

Sunday’s announcement came amid a barrage of calls from Democrats, media outlets and left-wing celebrities for Biden to step down as candidate. Biden initially rejected calls to step down and vowed to stay in the race to defeat Donald Trump in November.

Given the seriousness of the situation, the American people have a right to hear directly from Biden about what led to the suspension of his campaign. Here is a list of 15 questions he must answer.

1. How did you come to the decision to withdraw from the 2024 race?

2. What motivated you to support Kamala Harris as your successor?

3. Why did you withdraw your candidacy after recently announcing your intention to run as the Democratic candidate in 2024?

4. Why was the suspension of your candidacy announced by letter and not on camera?

5. Why did it take so long for you to personally address the American public and announce the suspension of your election campaign?

6. How can you and your party justify disenfranchising the 14 million electors who voted for you in the 2024 Democratic presidential primary?

7. If the suspension of your candidacy is due to health reasons, how can you justify ending your term as President?

8. If the suspension of your candidacy is due to health problems, when did you, your campaign team and White House officials – including Vice President Kamala Harris – learn about these problems and why did you and your team hide them from the American public?

9. If the suspension of your candidacy is due to health problems, which person(s) are governing the country while you struggle with your medical problems?

10. If the suspension of your candidacy is not due to health reasons, how is the suspension of your campaign not a coup?

11. Did Kamala Harris pressure/blackmail/bribe you to stop campaigning?

12. Did former President Obama pressure/blackmail/bribe you to stop campaigning?

13. Has anyone else pressured/blackmailed/bribed you to stop your campaign?

14. Did your wife Jill play a role in the decision to suspend your campaign?

15. Will you pardon your son Hunter before you leave office?
