LSU cornerback Javien Toviano arrested for video voyeurism

LSU cornerback Javien Toviano turned himself in to police on Sunday for video voyeurism.

According to an arrest warrant, the 19-year-old student filmed himself having sex with a woman without her consent. He used a watch with a built-in camera that was next to the bed.

The woman, who claims she told Toviano she did not want to be recorded, said she found videos of the two on Toviano’s iPad. The videos were recorded on July 5 and 6, according to the arrest report.

Using a search warrant, police were able to find three videos on Toviano’s iPad. Investigators were able to identify Toviano and the woman from the videos.
