4-year-old girl raped near wedding venue, dies | News from India

A four-year-old girl, who was attending a wedding with her mother in Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh, was raped by an unidentified person on Friday.

The incident took place near the marriage venue where the girl was found unconscious, bleeding and with scratches on her body. Due to the severity of the injuries, the minor was admitted to RML Hospital where she was declared brought dead. Three teams have been deployed to nab the accused, a police officer said.
