Man arrested for speeding 100 mph in a 70 mph zone in Montgomery County – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio

MONTGOMERY COUNTY – Over the weekend, a state trooper arrested a man for driving over 100 miles per hour in a 60 mph zone.

A patrol officer with the Dayton Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol observed a man traveling at 114 mph on State Route 4 in Montgomery County.

The man was arrested because police said he was impaired.

Last year, on July 4, police arrested 138 drivers for drunk driving.
