Who killed Paige Stalker?

Jennifer Stalker says not a day goes by that she doesn’t think about her daughter Paige.

Nine years ago, gunfire pierced the parked car of 16-year-old Paige and four other teenagers at the corner of Philip and Charlevoix in Detroit. Paige was the only one who did not survive.

Her mother always wondered why and who could do such a thing.

This made no sense, because police sources said the shooting was a case of mistaken identity.

Earlier, on December 22, a dispute broke out in front of a gas station near the border between Grosse Pointe and Detroit between members of two rival gangs known for violent crimes and drug sales.

Two of the men left, but eventually returned. This time they had long guns with them, but the men they were looking for were gone.

The two men drove around the corner and spotted a Mercury Milan parked on Philip Street near Charlevoix. In the darkness of the night, it looked similar to the car of the men they were looking for.

The shooters wanted revenge, got out and opened fire. They fired more than 30 shots at the parked car in which the five teenagers were.

Every day she hopes that one day her family will get the closure they deserve.
