Kidnapping of a ride-sharing driver is being investigated

COLUMBUS, Georgia (WRBL) – The kidnapping of a rideshare driver is being investigated by Columbus Police.

According to police, the driver picked up the suspect, 46-year-old Justin Dean Pulley, from the Sleep Inn & Suites on Armour Road.

According to police, Pulley refused to get out of the driver’s car at the stop he specified in the Lyft app.

The report was received at 8:06 p.m. Tuesday. Officers responded to Veterans Parkway and Hancock Road.
