Balloon launch planned for man killed in double shooting in Central City

NEW ORLEANS – Friends and family will gather at Morris FX Jeff, Sr. Park on Friday to remember a man who was shot and killed in Central City earlier this week.

The release starts at 6 p.m.

Morris FX Jeff, Sr. Park was formerly known as Behrman Park on General Meyer Avenue.
