Man from Beloit allegedly raped 14-year-old

Bail has been set at $50,000 for a Beloit man accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.

At Abel Ibarra Duran’s initial appearance in Rock County court this week, his defense attorney argued that he is not a flight risk.

Ibarra Duran is charged with repeated sexual assault of a child and is due back in Rock County Court on July 2.
