Man arrested in Queens Park while searching for 13-year-old rapist

Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, 25, was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday morning by members of the Flushing community who recognized his face on surveillance footage shared during an extensive search operation. They arrested him at a deli before detaining him. Police say Inga-Landi waived his Miranda rights and confessed to the crime. He now faces numerous charges, including rape, robbery and kidnapping.
