Ric Flair denies being drunk during the restaurant incident

Ric Flair talks about being asked to leave a restaurant after an issue with a kitchen manager.

WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair shared on social media that he was asked to leave Piesano’s Stone Fired Pizza in Gainesville, Florida after an argument with the kitchen manager. Footage of the incident was subsequently made public. In it, Flair claims that he did nothing wrong.

In conversation with “The MJ Morning Show on Q105” Ric Flair commented on the situation. (H/t TMZ Sports)

“It just escalated and I was wrong to get angry, but I kind of felt like I was defending my position,” Flair said. I was wrong to lose my temper,” he added. “When I feel like I’m in a situation where I’m uncomfortable and suddenly everything falls apart, I’m upset.”

“I was wrong because I got excited. I probably should have just walked out the door but it surprised me so much because we had a wonderful time. Then suddenly…someone in the kitchen said I did something wrong in the bathroom and there’s no one there except him and me.”

Ric Flair denies being drunk

During the interview, Ric Flair also denied claims that alcohol played a role in the incident. He denied being drunk or even drunk. He stated that he “only had Michelob Ultras and ‘probably’ two mixed drinks per person.” TMZ Sports.

Flair said he was considering legal action after the incident and leaked video of it leaked.
