LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Have you seen this calf? The Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in their search.

On Tuesday, the sheriff’s office said a three-week-old calf may have been stolen from a property near Range and 115th Road, just north of Gibbon.

The calf was kept in a sturdy enclosure and investigators believe it is unlikely it escaped on its own.

The sheriff’s office also said the calf was bottle-fed and would not yet drink from a trough or eat hay.

Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 308-236-8555.
