WE’RE WORKING TO GET DETAILS ON WHAT SEQUELLED THIS RESPONSE. RICHARD CHILES OF WLWT NEWS FIVE JUST ARRIVED NEAR THE POLICE PERIMETER NEAR MORNING VIEW, KENTUCKY. RICHARD, WHAT CAN YOU SEE? WHAT’S HAPPENING RIGHT NOW? SO, STEPHEN, BROCK PINER ROAD HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR ABOUT TWO HOURS. What started as a police chase involving a motorcyclist that lasted several miles through Northern Kentucky ended here in Morning View, Kentucky. Multiple people were involved in this incident. It involved a motorcyclist who skidded here after leading police on a chase through multiple jurisdictions. The motorcyclist drove off and ended up on a pond and private property. Police sent out a sniffer dog and other units to apprehend the suspect. The suspect was just taken into custody, however police are continuing their investigation. A tow truck is now on scene to recover the motorcycle and finish up the crime scene. Now. BROCK PINER ROAD WILL REMAIN CLOSED. IT’S BEEN CLOSED FOR A FEW HOURS NOW SO THERE WILL BE SOME DETOURS IN MORNING TRAFFIC HERE IN SOUTHERN KENTON COUNTY. Suspect taken into custody after motorcycle chase in Northern Kentucky Tuesday morning

A police chase in parts of rural Northern Kentucky ended with an arrest early Tuesday. The Kenton County Sheriff’s Department said the suspect led police on a chase shortly after 4 a.m. Near the town of Morning View, the suspect began to run. WLWT’s cameras saw roads closed near Parkers Grove Rod and Bracht-Piner Rd. Officers could be heard searching for the suspect after he ran away. Officials said the suspect was found in a nearby pond and taken into custody. The road has been reopened. The suspect, whose identity has not yet been released, was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital.

WLWT cameras showed road closures near Parkers Grove Rod. and Bracht-Piner Rd. Officers could be heard searching for the suspect after he fled.

According to officials, the suspect was found in a nearby pond and arrested.
