66-year-old man found dead on park bench at Williamsbridge Oval Field

According to police, the man was found dead on a bench at Williamsbridge Oval in the Bronx on Sunday morning.

According to the New York Police Department, officers arrived in the area around 5:25 a.m. on Sunday following a 911 call. Police found a 66-year-old man unconscious and unresponsive on a park bench with numerous stab wounds to his body.

The man was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

There are currently no arrests.
