Three dead in fatal traffic accident in Crawford County on Saturday

ATHENS TWP., Pa. (WJET/WFXP) — Three people died in a devastating crash Saturday night in Crawford County.

The accident occurred at 8:10 p.m. along Centerville Road in Athens Township.

The vehicle was traveling east before it left the south side of the roadway and struck a tree. When emergency responders arrived at the scene, all three occupants of the car were dead.

Police identified the victims as 21-year-old Ronald Parisi of Chicora, Pennsylvania, 19-year-old Joshua Bottner of Butler, Pennsylvania, and a 17-year-old passenger, also of Butler.

The Pennsylvania State Police in Corry continues to investigate the accident.
