A Knoxville man is behind bars after being accused of sexually abusing a child in his home. According to court records, Joel S. Gullion, 48, of Knoxville, is charged with second-degree sexual abuse, a Class B felony. The criminal complaint states the alleged abuse occurred in February 2021 on a child under the age of 8. Gullion is accused of forcing the child to touch his genitals. KNOXVILLE, Iowa —

A Knoxville man is behind bars after being accused of sexually abusing a child in his home.

According to court records, Joel S. Gullion, 48, of Knoxville, is charged with second-degree sexual abuse, a Class B felony. The criminal complaint states the alleged abuse occurred in February 2021 on a child under the age of 8.
