Authorities say there was one death from three gunshots in Marion County on Sunday morning

MARION COUNTY, SC (WBTW) – A shooting Sunday morning left one person dead and two others hospitalized, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office said.

Devante Marquise Legette, 29, of Mullins, died hours after the 5 a.m. incident on Evans Court just outside Mullins.

Two other people were taken to the emergency room at MUSC Marion by private vehicle and are expected to survive.
