Kirkland Expands with Houston Corporate Partner Claire Campbell

Claire Campbell has joined Kirkland & Ellis as a corporate partner in the firm’s Houston office, the firm announced Monday.

Campbell’s practice focuses on private equity funds at all stages of fund activity, with a primary emphasis on equity investments and related portfolio management, including fund formation matters and co-investments, according to the firm.

She has extensive experience in negotiating M&A and structured equity investments for private equity clients across multiple jurisdictions, as well as managing legal issues that arise with respect to a target post-acquisition through to exit, the firm said.
