Maid raped: 40-year-old maid raped and blackmailed in Eintkhedi | Bhopal News

Bhopal: A 40-year-old woman working as a domestic help was allegedly raped by her employer in Eintkhedi area. The accused is suffering from polio and had recorded intimate videos of her on his smartphone using which he blackmailed the woman to have sexual intercourse with him. He threatened her that if she told the incident to anyone, he would share her videos with her family and on social media. Fed up of his harassment, the woman gathered all her courage and reported the incident to Eintkhedi police on Friday and filed a complaint. Police said that the survivor had been working as a domestic help in the house of the accused, identified as Sher Singh Malviaya, for the past few years. He is a senior accountant. Sher Singh’s wife died in 2012 and he lives with his mother and minor child. In November 2019, when she started working at Sher Singh’s house, he raped her and recorded obscene videos of her. Since then, he has been blackmailing her, threatening to share the video, and raping her repeatedly. A few days ago, the woman left her workplace and went to his house. But the accused pressured her to have sex with him.
