IDF attacks southern Lebanon after Hezbollah launches rocket attacks on Israel

After twelve hours of calm, Hezbollah launched a barrage attack on northern Israel, hitting several northern towns, the Israeli army said on Monday. In response, it reacted by attacking Hezbollah’s infrastructure.

Fighter jets hit areas near the towns of Maroun al-Ras, Ayta ash Shab and Houla in southern Lebanon, attacking military buildings and infrastructure.

No casualties were reported in Hezbollah attacks earlier in the day.
