Cumberland woman arrested on five warrants | Local News

CUMBERLAND – A city woman was arrested Sunday on five warrants alleging she repeatedly failed to appear in court in a trespassing and drug possession case, according to Cumberland police.

Jessica Nicole Porter, 36, was taken into custody by Cumberland Police officers before a district court commissioner ordered her detained without bail at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Porter was scheduled to appear in court on Monday to discuss the order for him to be released without bail.
