Dana Lemieux charged with sexual abuse of foster child – NECN

A New Hampshire foster father is accused of sexually abusing a five-year-old boy who was in his care, police said.

Manchester police said they received a report last month from a child who said Dana Lemieux, his foster mother at the time, sexually abused him when he was five years old and in his care. Police said they immediately began an investigation and found sufficient probable cause to issue an arrest warrant for Lemieux, charging him with two counts of aggravated sexual assault.

Police did not disclose when the alleged abuse occurred or how old the child is now.

Lemieux, 64, turned himself in to Manchester police on Thursday. His bail was set at $2,500 cash.
