Man dies after being shot while driving in southwest Houston, HPD says

HOUSTON (KIAH) — A driver is dead after being shot on the road in southwest Houston in what could be called a road rage shooting.

Police said that shortly before noon Wednesday, two drivers got into an argument on Bissonnet, near Cook Road. The driver of a truck was then shot dead.

The victim lost control and crashed into a community pool house where he died.

The other driver fled the scene and police are still searching for him.

No other injuries were reported.
