Man arrested for displaying firearm during driving aggression incident | State News

CLEVELAND, Texas — A man was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after a 911 caller reported him pulling out a gun during a road rage incident.

Cristian Pineda Orellana, 29, Bairon Murillo Garca, 25, and Farling Alvarado Gonzlez, 27, all of Cleveland, Texas, were taken into custody. Orellana was charged with aggravated assault, while Garca and Gonzlez were charged with drug possession and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Authorities thanked Roman Forest Police, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and New Caney ISD Police for their assistance in making the arrests.
