The older brother of the multimillionaire real estate twins accused of sexual assault is being dragged into new allegations by Oscar De La Hoya’s accuser, who claims she was raped by all three siblings in a “coordinated attack.”

Days after multimillion-dollar real estate twins Oren and Alon Alexander were accused of raping multiple women, their older brother Tal has now been hit with a lawsuit alleging he raped and abused a woman in a “coordinated sexual assault” involving all three brothers.

Court documents filed today in New York State Supreme Court and obtained by DailyMail.com accuse all three real estate brothers of vaginally and orally raping plaintiff Angelica Parker, who they claim occurred around the fall of 2012.

This is the second blow for the prominent family within days, after it was announced last night that Florida lawyer Jim Ferraro had withdrawn his representation of Oren and Alon, both 36. Previously, 30 women had made rape allegations against the brothers, after two of them had already been faced with a lawsuit.

But according to Parker’s new lawsuit, “while news about the Alexander brothers’ penchant for raping women has so far focused on Oren and Alon, Tal Alexander has also been involved in raping and sexually assaulting women, including Ms. Parker.”

In a new lawsuit filed Tuesday, Tal Alexander is accused of participating, along with his younger twin brothers, in the gang rape of a woman, Angelica Parker.

Oren and Alon, both 36, (pictured with Tal, centre) have since been accused of rape by 30 other women after facing an initial lawsuit from two alleged victims this month.

In a lawsuit similar to one filed last week by Rebecca Mandel and Karen Whiteman, Parker claims she was “gang-raped by Alon and Tal Alexander in a coordinated attack planned and carried out by Oren Alexander and his brothers.”

Mandel claims she met Oren and Alexander in 2009 at a now-closed club, SL, when she was just 18 years old.

She said she continued to encounter the twins at parties and in September 2020 she encountered them again at SL, where Alon “intentionally laced the plaintiff’s drink with an unknown substance, causing significant physical and mental harm.”

She claims that the twins then took her to their apartment, where the attack took place.

Meanwhile, Whiteman claims she was raped by the two in 2012 in a “castle” in the Hamptons owned by Ivan Wilzig and known as “Sir Ivan’s Castle.”

She said she met the brother in New York in 2008 and repeatedly turned down Oren’s offers to go out with him.

Today, Parker is the first plaintiff to accuse 37-year-old Tal of involvement in his twins’ alleged crimes.

The New York-based model, formerly known as Angelica Cecora, made headlines in 2012 when she accused famous boxer Oscar De La Hoya of assault and false imprisonment in a lawsuit that she ultimately lost.

She was ultimately ordered to pay the boxer’s legal fees and a $500 fine after a judge ruled her lawsuit was “completely without merit.”

In her new lawsuit against the three siblings, Parker claims that she met Oren around 2012 and that the two had a brief relationship.

In the fall, she says, he invited her to his Manhattan apartment, where he lived with Alon and Tal.

She claims she went there with a friend named YL. The twins “asked her if they wanted to take ecstasy. Ms. Parker and her friend said no.”

The lawsuit further states that Alon mixed drinks for the group and began to hit on YL to the extent that she felt “uncomfortable and frightened” and left the apartment.

After her friend left, Parker claims, she was raped by Along and Tal, “in a coordinated attack planned and carried out by Oren Alexander along with his brothers.”

Her complaint states: “On that date, Alon Alexander raped Ms. Parker orally and vaginally. While he was vaginally raping Ms. Parker, Tal M. raped Parker orally.”

Oren is accused of standing by during the rapes.

In later years, Parker said, she learned that the brothers had made “various defamatory statements” about her, “baselessly telling their friends that they had had sex with her, without, of course, explaining that the whole thing was a staged gang rape.”

Parker’s lawyers also accused Tal of trying to preempt the filing of the documents by sending an email to his staff on June 16.

“It appears that the defendants in this case are already in the process of framing our client as a victim because she has experienced more than one trauma in her life,” her attorney Michael J. Willemin told DailyMail.com, referring to her previous case with De La Hoya.

“This is not a ‘he said, she said.’ Rather, dozens of women have reportedly attested to the Alexander brothers’ penchant for sexually harassing women.”

In new allegations that emerged last week, an anonymous insider claimed that Oren Alexander would take drugs to parties and give them to women, even though he did not use them himself.

“In addition, as the lawsuit filed today alleges, it was known to many people who spent time with the Alexander brothers that they frequently sexually harassed women. We have no doubt that Angelica will prevail in this matter.”

Willemin further referred to Parker’s failed 2012 lawsuit, saying, “If the allegations of sexual assault had been brought against De La Hoya today, I am convinced they would not have been dismissed.”

Oren resigned last week from Official Partners, the company he founded with his brother Tal.

Two days ago, a statement from Parker’s law firm Wigdor LLP said: “On June 16, 2024, Tal sent an email to colleagues that said, in part, ‘I have little doubt that, given my close relationship with my brothers, at some point one or more lawyers will seek to implicate me in the allegations against Alon and Oren.'”

According to Wigdor, Tal was aware of the impending lawsuit in which he is named when he sent the email in a “PR stunt designed to ‘get the word out before today’s filing.'”

The statement continued: “In fact, the Alexander brothers’ modus operandi is to carry out coordinated group sexual assaults. This is well known to many who have spent time with the brothers.”

Willemin said: “With today’s lawsuit, we want to send a signal that the law even applies to the very wealthy and well-connected, including the Alexanders.”

“We admire Angelica’s courage in speaking out, as we have no doubt that the Alexanders will deploy an army of PR representatives and private investigators to launch a campaign to stigmatize the victims.”

A spokesman for Tal said: “It is unfortunate but entirely to be expected that blackmailers will join the ranks in light of the allegations against Tal’s brothers. However, Tal has done absolutely nothing wrong and anyone who wanted to spread outrageous lies in the hope of making a quick buck will be disappointed.”

Isabelle Kirshner of Clayman Rosenberg Kirshner & Linder is the brothers’ attorney.

In a statement to DailyMail.com, she said: “We have reviewed the allegations contained in the complaint and reject them as being purely fictional. Based on our preliminary assessment, we are aware that Ms. Parker is a professional complainant who has been previously disciplined for unsubstantiated allegations.”

“She has filed at least two other similar lawsuits against two different individuals. We look forward to presenting the facts in court.”
