Man in critical condition after gunshot wound in Phoenix; police search for suspect

PHOENIX (AZFamily) – A man is in the hospital after a gunshot wound in Phoenix and police are searching for the suspect.

The shooting occurred around 7:30 p.m. near 16th Street and Indian School Road.

When officers arrived, they found a man shot. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Police say they are still searching for the suspect and are using police dogs in the search.
