HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — An armed suspect was shot and killed after an officer shot him Saturday in southeast Houston, police said.

HPD says the shooting happened in the 8600 block of Comal Street.

Police say the suspect was taken to the hospital and no officers were injured.
