Columbia Police SWAT team responds to barricaded suspect in northeast Columbia

COLUMBIA, Missouri (KMIZ)

The Columbia Police Department’s SWAT team and crisis negotiation teams are searching for a barricaded suspect in northeast Columbia.

In a press release, the department said it received a report of a shooting in the 5000 block of Clark Lane.

CPD is asking people to avoid the area.
