Drier conditions are expected towards the end of the weekend

A scattered strong storm is possible in western Middle Tennessee through tonight. Some showers will continue overnight.

Aside from a few morning showers, mostly east of I-65, Sunday will be a dry day. Expect a mix of sun and clouds with highs between 27 and 30 degrees.

NEXT WEEK

Monday will be a predominantly dry day, apart from isolated showers. In the afternoon it will be sunny and cloudy, with temperatures above 27 degrees.

Tuesday and Wednesday look unsettled. Expect isolated showers and thunderstorms throughout the day. The risk of severe weather is currently low. Maximum temperatures will generally be around 30 degrees.

A few showers will linger into Thursday morning before finally clearing up in time for the weekend. The greatest chance of showers will be east of I-65. Highs will be above 27 degrees.

Friday will be a wonderful day! Mostly sunny skies and maximum temperatures around 27 degrees are expected.

It could rain again on Saturday. Isolated showers are currently possible. Maximum temperatures are usually between 25 and 27 degrees.
