VACAVILLE, CA (July 30, 2024) – Officials closed a section of the highway following Sunday’s car crash on the 505 Freeway near the Vaca Valley Parkway.

The car crash occurred on the north side on Sunday afternoon. At least one car crashed near the Vaca Valley Parkway. The California Highway Patrol did not confirm any injuries, but closed part of the interstate and diverted traffic to Orange Drive.
