Inceptio self-driving trucks set accident-free record in China

(Bloomberg) – Chinese self-driving startup Inceptio technology said its trucks have traveled 100 million accident-free kilometers, a record for the long-haul autonomous logistics industry.

The company’s proprietary system covers 83% of China’s national highways. A total of 1,864 drivers operating Level 2+ and Level 3 self-driving heavy trucks contributed to this milestone, Inceptio said in a statement.
