Little people, big world alum Tori Roloff remembers a terrible accident in which her daughter Lilah was injured in a swimming pool.

“When it rains, it pours,” Tori, 33, wrote on her Instagram stories on Monday, July 15. “Lilah had a little accident in the pool yesterday. I’m so glad she’s OK. She split her eye pretty badly but luckily she didn’t need stitches but I think she’s going to have a big scar.”

While sharing the news, Tori shared a photo of her 4-year-old daughter smiling at the camera and covering part of the cut above her left eye with a bandage. The reality star also shared a photo of Lilah resting outside after the injury.

“I’m so thankful for my friends who helped me calm down and brought her chips, which calmed her down immediately,” Tori joked as Lilah held a bag of cheddar-flavored Sun Chips. “There was a lot of blood, but they calmed me down so I could handle it all.”

Tori, who also has Jackson (7) and Josiah (2) with her husband, Zach Roloff – decided to lighten the mood by sharing a photo of her youngest son exploring nature.

“Josiah is truly on the ball in terms of healing and we just keep praying that things continue to go well,” she wrote in her Instagram stories. “Thank you for your continued prayers and kind messages.”

This isn’t the first time Tori and Zach, 34, have experienced a scary incident involving their children. In June, Lilah had her tonsils and adenoids removed. During an appearance on their podcast, Raising Heights, the mom and dad opened up about how their middle child was doing.

“I think we were both pretty nervous about how she was going to handle it, but she was great,” Tori shared on the June 20 episode. “We kept the medication pretty high because everyone was like, ‘You think you’re good, and then all of a sudden you’re not. So keep taking the medication.’ But we never woke up in the middle of the night to do that.”

Zach added with a laugh, “She’s very emotional when she wakes up and after her nap, and she obviously takes advantage of that.”

Tori and Zach have documented their family life for several seasons in the TLC reality series Little people, big worldHowever, in April, the couple decided to leave the show due to ongoing family tensions. They continue to keep their fans updated on their reality through social media and their podcast.
