Buffalo Zoo Celebrates 716th Anniversary

BUFFALO, NY — Western New York’s favorite day out is almost here. Day 716 at the Buffalo Zoo will offer discounted tickets for $7.16.

The special price is only available on Tuesday, July 16.

“716 Day is a celebration of everything that makes Western New York such a special place. Here at the Buffalo Zoo, we are proud to be a part of this vibrant community,” said Lisa Smith, Buffalo Zoo President and CEO. “It’s an opportunity for families to connect with nature, learn about the wonders of wildlife and create lasting memories together. But more than that, it’s a way for us to show our appreciation for the community that supports us and allows us to fulfill our mission of education and conservation.”

The one-day event will feature all the usual zoo activities, including keeper talks and animal encounters. Gates will be open to visitors from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the park closing at 5 p.m.
